Sariri Terra is committed to leading the world to inspired destinations, with the belief that travel leads to a more connected, sustainable and open-minded world. We are committed to supporting programmes that protect the people, cultures and environment that make these destinations so extraordinary.
‘We support the charity called Suyai Mundo’.
SUYAI means HOPE in Mapuche, one of the only remaining indigenous languages in Chile.
We have created this space in honour of Maria Eugenia Bravo who has dedicated her life to working with underprivileged children around the world.
Born in Chile, with a degree in educational psychology, she aims to develop the minds of children with learning difficulties. Her work consists of creating an artistic space for children between the ages of 2 and 15 years old, where they can be creative and use their initiative to develop and express themselves. Her work with street children, children with disabilities, orphanages and communities with little resources in remote parts of the world has already taken her to Brazil, Belize, Venezuela, Peru, Chile, Vietnam, and Tibet.
Sariri will continue to support Suyai Mundo by donating part of its revenue to help Maria sustain her work, and enable her to reach more remote parts of the world.
